Case Management Services for Immigrant YouthThis project provides direct case management services to newcomer immigrant youth and their families who are experiencing barriers to their self-sufficiency, in order to meet a variety of their basic needs that have been caused and/or exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
These needs include, but are not limited to: mental health treatment, lack of health insurance, food insecurity, housing insecurity, landlord/tenant issues, and immigration legal services. This project focuses on youth in Montgomery County, PA. To make a referral, please contact Olivia Knight at olivia@projectlibertad.org. |
